Yay! (I SO need a medium fella icon...I do. Seriously I wobbled when he said that, wearing the green shirt and those red PH trousers like AAAAW! :-) )
I actually could have slapped her. And she's SUCH a bitch - I mean that act there, seriously? God. And he even comforts her afterwards. And HE'S supposed to be a bad guy?
The next person who says Dean's dumb I'm gonna punch in the face. I will. Maybe it's the Dean fan speaking her but I think he's even smarter than Sam.

Did you see the part yet with the blind girl? Heartbreaking moment.

As someone who had the misfortune to spend some time around law students/lawyers I can say lots of them were so "Fachidioten" you couldn`t have a conversation with them about anything else.
They also once did an IQ-Test from the Psychlogical faculty and some of my fellow students, well,...won`t name any numbers here. But they weren`t that high.
I think Dean could totally be an undiscovered MENSA-guy.

Where she touches his face instead of Joshua's? (I fast forward most of Joshua's scenes cause they bore me to death. Unless Alec pr Logan's with him, that's usually funny. I also loved the moment when the blind girl died, and Max, Joshua and Alec had this group hug. THat was great.

I say it all the time - Alec's like a big boy, who slowly learns to tell right from wrong. But he's not a bad person. He's a good person who tends to make bad decisions.
Well, granted, Sam must have had pretty good marks if he got accepted to Stanford, and doesn't he say something about a full ride in Bugs? But still - I didn't see him making an EMF meter of an old walkman.
