I LITERALLY SAT THERE GOING "OH GOOOOOOD!" AND YELLING AT MY SCREEN EVERY OTHER SECOND WHILE WATCHING THIS. OH MY GOD. BILBO! AND IT'S MY BILBO AND MARTIN IS PERFECT AS BILBO JUST LIKE I THOUGHT AND THORIN IS FANTASTIC AND...EVERYTHING!!! AND THE DWARF SONG WHICH IS SO DARK AND GLOOMY AND SO DIFFERENT FROM THE HOBBIT AND ELVEN STUFF WE'VE HEARD IN THE OTHER FILMS. THE SCENERY. GANDALF. THE DWARVES. ELVES. RIVENDELL. THE MUSIC. OH MY GOD

I...I don't even. I was actually tearing up while watching this. I'M COMING HOME TO MIDDLE-EARTH!

I love the book but it's one of those things I only learned to appreciate after I took a couple of "Anglo SAxon literature" classes at uni :-) I've been waiting for this trailer for almost TEN YEARS. The film! IT'S HAPPENING! (Yes, Lee Pace :D )
