I wish we would actually celebrate this day with confetti and parades. Because we should. We really, really should.

I was really moved during my visit to Berlin last month - standing with one foot in "east" Berlin and the other in "west" Berlin affected me deeply. I think the events of 20 years ago should serve as a reminder that all seemingly unsolvable problems can be solved.
