Way to Go, Beyoncé.

I got to say Beyoncé, this is nine kinds of classy. I may not always like your music, but that is class right there. Wow.

(At the VMAs last night, Taylor Swift won Best Female Video. During her acceptance speech Kanye West stormed the stage and ruined Taylor's moment by being an ass and saying that Beyoncé should've won. Later that night Beyoncé actually won Video of the Year, and this is what she did.

I agree, it's a shame. But it's lovely of Beyoncé to let her moment be someone else's.

Yes, definitely. I heard they asked him to leave the show, though, so that's at least something, I guess.

The icon just felt incredibly appropriate :D

By the way, Elli, Nikku and I watched a trailer for a film a few days ago, and like--for a nano-second, it had Sam in it. Which made me go "IS THAT?" and then Nikku nodded and I lived happily knowing that people understood me :-)

I can't wait for it to be winter again so I can watch Love Actually :D

It is. I am always especially irritated if it doesn't let me spam to my heart's content.

Doesn't it know that I have to pass the next two and a half hours somehow? I am so ready for work to pick up again and colleagues to be less sick. Waiting for the phone to ring is horrible. Especially since the phone is my least favourite part of work. ;p

See, I have to try and type up notes to take with me to London to study for my exam and there's no way I can do it in time as I'm working tomorrow morning, still have to get English money and the like, pack and oh--brother's birthday is on Tuesday. NO WAY I CAN DO THIS IN TIME.

I am ready for a vacation and London sounds good right now. I would also like to take notes, just so I have something to do. Right now I am going through our manuals and rewrite passages that aren't 100% fine, even though no one complained so far. I will read a fic when I am done with that. Or maybe I will dust or clean the windows.

Also, I have a credit card that let's me get money from ATMs in the UK without fee. So that would be one worry less. :D

I never pack until last minute and just stuff whatever is in reach into the bag. Of course I usually forget something, but well, so far it worked out for me.

And birthday means cake, right? I am always for cake. :D

But yeah, I hate these ups and downs. Can't it be slightly busy but not stressy all the time instead of either totally boring or way to stressy?

I was so pleased to hear that Beyonce did that. I mean, she had nothing to do with Kanye's comment and looked pretty shocked/horrified, but its awesome that she took that extra step and offered Taylor another moment to shine.
