*hops on bandwagon*

If you had me under your command and could make me write anything, regardless of whether or not I know the fandom or if anybody even writes fic in that fandom and no matter how crack-addled it might be,what would you love to see me write?

I'm most likely not actually going to write any of these (unless something strikes me--and it would have to strike me pretty damn hard), but I am curious.

Please, entertain me.

*puppy eyes*

15 pages of that stupid novel to go and then I'll have read 100 pages today (100 pages is A LOT with that novel. It's going to be the end of me. Stupid master's thesis.) \0/

Firefly! Or anything original!

Hmm... One of Anne McCaffrey's less well known universes, maybe the "No one noticed the Cat" one.

If I were really, really evil, I'd command you to write fanfiction for G.R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" novels...but since he's written about all there is to write himself and everything pales in comparison to his genius, let's leave it at that:-)
Another suggestion (the story that's almost complete in my head but which, sadly, I lack the time and inspiration to write) is a Supernatural/Dresden Files crossover. There are some out there, but none which I like and which do credit to both fandoms in equal measure. It's a challenge...

Or, staying with Jim Butcher's novels: how about Codex Alera (if you don't know the books, I suggest you read them, they're among the best there are:-)...

But I don't want to distract you from reading for your thesis....*eg*

Which novel is that?

Well, my first thought was fan fiction to Robert Jordan's awesome Wheel Of Time universe - but since this is a HUGE series , I'll spare you that ;)

What about something original ? Mostly, I am not so much into fan fiction, but original character fascinate me :)
