My Dark Angel season 2 DVD box arrived today (yes, you know, I can hear you laughing), and I was happy because they shipped it so quickly. I only ordered Sunday after all. Yet my delight didn't last for long as when I opened the box I realised that I got one that features two copies of Disc 5 while Disc 6 is missing.

Why, why is it always me?

ETA: Also while I'm at it, why the heck did Merry Christmas not win a Golden Globe for foreign film? Did they actually WATCH that film? *miffed*

ETA 2: ABBA rocks my socks. Always has, always will.

Mmmm...Dark Angel! I was introduced to that show by bardling and really liked it.

I had been playing with the idea of buying the DVDs for a year and now that I did I got a set with missing Discs...how typical :o(

The best shows only feature one season sometimes, like Firefly (which I've never seen but I will) ...

So, what is "not expensive" in the US? The box is about 50Euros here, that's - dunno - 55-60 Dollar?

I think the "list price" is $50, but I got it with a 25% off deal for about $40 after tax, about...xe.com...34 EUR. Since Borders books and music sends me coupons by e-mail pretty much weekly, I almost never buy anything there for full price...

No idea. I sent them an email (I bought it via a marketplace seller from amazon as it came 10 Euros cheaper) and they still haven't replied. Am about to get even more pissed off.
