You see, I slash them, because I *really* believe they love each other unconditionally.

Maybe that's why I don't slash them *lol*

The question is, is that really important?

Oh I think it is. There's a difference whether you respect someone for being a good athlete or for his character...or because he happens to be your brother.

Yeah, but the thing is, leaving it behind is not really an option, is it? And there we're back to Sam growing up...

Well I never said he was right, did I? And yeah I think he's running which he shouldn't be.

Maybe? that's fanon to me. We never saw that on the show.

BUT apparently there's this page in the father's diary that says something along of "Every morning I find Dean in Sam's cradle, embracing him like he's trying to protect him from whatever's out there."

The difference is the reason why they are doing the things they do

That's true. So maybe Sam just thinks he's being bossed around because Dean is STILL following their father's orders, without even questioning him, so it's like he's being bossed around by his father again. It's more than just in Asylum. Through all the episodes Sam is the one who wants to find their father and Dean is willing to do as he's told by his father - doing the job. To me that's mainly why they're doing all the hunting, if it was up to Sam they'd just be looking for John.

Yeah, but that also means that Sam *wants* Dean dead. Which is creepy. And OOC if you ask me.

Not necessarily. I don't think that police officer wanted his wife dead, either. That was the "posession". What's definitely there is the hatred, though.

But god, must it have been devastating finding out later that Sam was indeed still Sam.

Yeah. And no way Dean believes the "I didn't mean any of it" rubbish.

g* yes, though I also think, it's Jensen. His acting style is always very "readable".

Hmmm might be, I haven't paid too much attention to his acting on Smallville *cough* . I really like the way he plays Dean, though. It's somewhere between tough man and scared little boy. Sort of - vulnerable.

btw, did you ever read the genderbending fics?

Oh bugger - I forgot! I will do that later, or tomorrow! (Sorry first there was christmas, then I was ill...)

By the way, discussing with you is really fun. Just wanted to say :o)
