Pollity Poll of Polls

Finished reading The Secret Life of Bees yesterday and loved it just as much as the movie. Am now at a bit of a loss as to what to read next--let's have a poll with a few suggestions! You must choose, but choose wisely.

[Poll #1560600]

([livejournal.com profile] raynedanser, I don't own Shutter Island yet or it'd be on the list ;-) )

LMAO! if I hadn't already promised mine to my mom, I'd send it to you. ;-)

Sadly I don't own or have read any of these books and the only one I have vaguely heard of is City of Ember, because wasn't it you who posted the trailer to the movie a while ago?
So no idea, they all sounds interesting:)

Yup, I posted that trailer. I actually bought the DVD a week ago, couldn't resist :-)

I must admit that I've not read any of the books in that list.
BUT I'd say "City of Ember", as I want to read it myself and I kinda liked the movie.

Ooooh, you've seen the movie? I loved it a lot :)

Yeah, I've seen it. Actually, it was because you had the trailer posted in your LJ and it looked quite interesting. I liked the movie, yes. Someday I'll have to read the book.
