All these years after my lit degree and I can still say the Lord's Prayer in Anglo Saxon and recite the opening passages of Canterbury Tales in Middle English.


I know parts of the Canterbury Prologue - I remember having to read it out loud in class *lol*

Maybe I should change my handle to "trustygeekgirl" ;)
