It's from the latest Doctor Who ep. Basically Doctor Who tells the prime minsteress' secretary that he thinks the prime minestress looks tired, thus starting rumours that she isn't fit for office (because he wants her out of office, she's a dangerous person) on which account she finally resigns.

He says something along the lines of 'in six words I can bring you down'. Sop he goes up to the boke and says those words, and the PM gets all paranoid :)
