Heathrow Help?
Imagine that you're going to London and you arrive at Terminal 5 at Heathrow. Imagine then that a friend of yours is arriving at Heathrow as well, only at Terminal 4. Is there a good place for the two of you to meet up?

pixel_0's flight takes her to Heathrow and Pix has never been in Europe before I decided to book a flight to Heathrow as well. So...suggestions? Anyone?
(I read that the tube serves all five terminals via three stops--is it possible to get from Terminal 5 to Terminal 4 or does the tube just run one way? Also, would I have to get a regular tube ticket? And is there a spot or location in Terminal 4 that would be easy to find for the both of us?)
