That's what you get for...
... trying to improve your PC ... or better said, the speed of your internet. I'm SO sorry that I haven't been online earlier like I promised but I simply COULD not... for that past week we've been trying to install DSL but it simply won't work though we've literally tried ANYTHING... so I did not have internet for a week now ... *shudders* ... God it's been a hard week. *lol*. Today my brother managed to re-install ISDN but I don't know for how long that will last or for how long I'll still be able to get online cause tomorrow, we'll make a new attempt on installing DSLl. Yeap. We won't give up that simply *lol* So before I lose Internet completely again, I shall make this A LONG entry, pretty much catching up with everything that happened during the past 7 days. *wink*

Last Wednesday, Andrea came to visit me (again) *lol* which was pretty much fun. We watched DVD's (A KNIGHT'S TALE, MOULIN ROUGE & started with DAWSON’S CREEL Season 2), went shopping (and as always I ended up buying way too much… the Dawson’s Creek Soundtrack and an album by Heather Nova as well as 2 new sleeping suits) and to the cinema. Actually we had planned to watch ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND, but literally ALL cinemas here are showing Troy at the moment ... no place for small, brilliant films as usual. So we gave in and watched Troy. Yes. Well I had expected it to be worse. And I don’t think Orlando’s acting was that poorly. Didn’t like it much, though. Well it had its moments and it was done “properly” you might say but I thought it was boring. I mean it had these great battle scenes like LOTR but ... it wasn’t LOTR. I didn’t suffer with the protagonists like I do in LOTR ... actually I didn’t care much about them. That’s what made it boring to me. I think the best thing was Sean Bean as Odysseus. Oh and that Priam gets dubbed by the same guy as Gandalf *lol*

Speaking of which ... has everybody got their DVD yet? Good :o) I already bought it on Monday, our local Karstadt store tends to sell DVD’s always a day earlier than their official release. I have so far only watched my fave bits and done some awesome screencaps ... you know I need time and the big TV set downstairs to REALLY watch LOTR, I mean the whole thing. My brother and I plan to do that tonight since my Dad sleeps over at Conny’s... *bounces*

On Friday Hostile Waters was on TV but Andrea refused vehemently to watch it so I only got some bits whenever she was on the loo ... *lol* but I taped it and shall watch it soon.

Anyway, Saturday Andrea left and in the afternoon Johanna called me and asked if I’d like to go out with the girls that night. Of course I liked to *lol* And although we basically spent that night searching for a club that was not closed or extremely expensive that night and in the end just went to a bar, it was much fun... Gosh I really missed my girls *wink* Sunday I did nothing besides cleaning up and playing a bit on the guitar. *ponders* what else to tell... well there would be more but I don’t want to bore you more than I already did *lol*

So Maia, you’re back from NY? Seen any hobbits? *lol* By the way, I dunno if you noticed but I think you wanted to see some pictures of me and my room and well, I did post some a few entries earlier...

Anyway, I’m leaving now *lol* Try to catch up with commenting and hope it won’t take me another week till my next entry *hits PC*
Gosh I so missed you all! *hugs*
