... feeling very LOTR-ish today so don't mind the title here *lol* Warning: Another LONG Steffi-sh entry here...

Work was okay, only that Britta again handed me in some stuff without asking if I was busy ... but it's okay :o))) After that my Dad, my brother and me did the weekend shopping, as usual, then I cleaned the bathroom and even decided to finally sort my uni notes ... had not done that for the past 2 terms so maybe you can imagine the chaos ... *lol* ... I'm hopeless :o)

A wonder has happened ... at least to me it is some sort of wonder. Three days ago my brother asked me if I would possibly lend him my edition of "The Hobbit" as he would like to read it ... he says he cannot be a LOTR fan without even having read the books. So I gave the book to him. Now, my brother does not read a lot, never as a matter of fact. And we all know Tolkien's style is not the easiest one... so I kinda guessed he would return the book to me the next day saying it was crap ... BUT ... he really enjoys reading it. And he's halfway through already... *rubbs eyes* ... Jeez I'd never expect THAT to happen *lol*

Aaaaaaand back to business:

1. Steph ... of COURSE you can be part of that website team! I mean when I wrote "anyone who wants is welcome to join the team" I was basically pointing on you, Ginny and also Paulina ... (if she likes to)... I was counting on you, hun *wink* ... so welcome. :o))))

2. It seems that as to the name, we have to decide between those two: Ginny and Steph like "The Elendili" the best and Maia & I would vote for "Memories of Valinor" ... that's two against two ... what do we do now? :o)))

3. I already designed a layout but I will probably put it up later when I've made some more, okay?

4. Ginny, that's a shame you not having a scanner ... but what do you mean with "snail mail"? Ordinary post/ mail? If, you can send it to me if you like to ;o) I'd LOVE to have your artwork (goes for Maia, too!!!!) on the site ... by the way I've tried to do some portraits of Pip, Merry, Frodo and Gandalf ... *ponders* ... Don't worry mates, I'm sure your drawings are fab! (Maia I DO hope you will be inspired to paint :o) ) And in any case: It's YOUR impressions of Tolkien you know? So they ALL count and are important ...
