Season 4 of Smallville is currently on RTL. Already caught a glimpse of Jason, but beware, the dubbing sucks (and so does the season).

It's been ages, I know. :-p This one's rather fluffy than funny but I was dying to write it :-)

Reasons

Sam knows Dean doesn’t really expect a present for his birthday. That’s okay, because the years Sam was at Stanford he never cared to think of it, and last year they were so wrapped up in a job he just – forgot. Sam felt awful back then, and this year he’s determind to make up for it.

When Dean wakes up that morning there’s a parcel on the nightstand. A card with his name attached to it. Sitting up, he rubs the sleep from his eyes, puts the parcel on his lap and opens it.

“I hope you like it.” Sam -who’s sitting on the kitchen table- says from across the room.

Dean frowns when his gaze meets a golden and red woollen something. He pulls it out, his eyes brighten up with joy.

“Dude, a Gryffindor scarf! Just like Harry Potter!” he exclaims, and instantly wraps it around his neck.

Sam laughs, and decides not to tell Dean he didn’t choose Gryffindor for that reason.

It’s because the night before he picked up Dean’s copy of the book, and read this:
